Soften your skin by soaking with warm water for at least 5 minutes in the bath or shower. Wet your back scrubber. Use the viscose fabric (rough side) to remove dead skin. Using firm strokes, exfoliate your body. Then use the softer cotton side with a shower gel to clean your skin. Rinse your scrubber and let it air dry.Do not use on sensitive areas, open cuts, sunburn, fresh tattoos, inflamed skin or acne. This is an intense 250D, scrubber so be firm but gentle. Please do not use just before shaving or on your face. Use 1-2 times per week.
